- Proven ability to develop and implement QA/QC plans.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with construction quality management software (a plus).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
